Berger for watches/clocks, HBA and novelty items in North America, BUYSEASONS for party favors in North America, DecoPac for cake and kits in North America, Rubie’s for costumes and masks in North America, SKYHIGH for stationery in North America, Trends for posters and calendars in North America, Bandai America for worldwide master toy, K’NEX for construction toys worldwide (ex-Japan), Pressman for puzzles in North America and NAMCO BANDAI Games, as the copyright owner and licensor of the Property, who will launch new video games and arcade games worldwide.
