Variety . The Hong Kong flick follows a woman who murders in order to be able to buy her dream house.
Fortissimo Films' Winnie Lau and IFC's Elizabeth Nastro negotiated the deal.
IFC hopes to release the film in theaters and VOD release in early 2011.
FatFace Prods. provided visual effects.
