At MIPCOM, MoonScoop announced a new deal that will bring an additional 45 episodes of CODE LYOKO to Cartoon Network. This deal brings the total number of episodes for the show to 97 half-hours. A second season of 26x30 launched last month.
A strong merchandising campaign will be timed for the launch of season three in Sept. 2006 with a broad range of licensing products within toys, apparel, stationary, school bags and gaming including a CODE LYOKO game on the Nintendo DS. FUNimation Ent. is exclusive licensing agent in the U.S. targeting partners in all major categories and Marvel Toys holds the worldwide master toy license.
CODE LYOKO is a 2D and 3D animation series, which follows the adventures of Yumi, Ulrich, Odd and Jeremy, ordinary students as well as action heroes with special powers in the virtual digital world of Lyoko.
A MoonScoop production co-produced with France 3 and Canal J, CODE LYOKO has become one of the top animated shows on France 3 since its launch in September 2003. It has also been voted the best show on Canal J by viewers in an online poll.
CODE LYOKO broadcasts worldwide on channels including Cartoon Network Spain, Toonami channel in the U.K., Jetix Latin America, France 3 and Canal J plus French-speaking channels RTBF in Belgium and Swiss channel TSR. Also airing CODE LYOKO are Canadas YTV and Radio Canada, the Disney Channel and Rai 2 in Italy, NRK in Norway, Swedens SVT-Barkalanen, S4C in Wales, Canal+ in Poland, Hong Kongs TVB, Lithuanian LNK, Indias Star TV, Moroccos 2M, TVN in Chile, Noga in Israel and CFI in Africa.

Leading kids and animation brand MoonScoop was established in 2004 following the acquisition of leading youth producer and distributor France Animation by Antefilms Prod., one of Europes most dynamic and creative production houses. The company recently acquired 51% of U.S. and U.K.-based animation production firm Mike Young Prods. MoonScoop employs 150 people at two sites, Paris (pre-production, post-production, distribution and marketing) and Angoulême (3D animation and motion capture).
