. In January, Georgia's Special Council on Tax Reform and Fairness moved to ax the credit.
Meanwhile, Arizona has killed its production tax incentive. A state senate bill had been sent to the Commerce Committee, which sent it to the House Ways & Means committee, whose Republican head Jack Harper refused to introduce it.
