. It joins Paramount and Sony Pictures are potential distribution partners for the revamped MGM.
Fox has been distributing MGM films on DVD and Blu-ray, as well as internationally, for years. But that agreement runs out in September. Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum, who now run MGM, have had a solid relationship with Paramount through their Spyglass Ent. Sony and MGM partnered on the release of the two most recent James Bond films.
