After announcing a boycott with three other major exhibitors accounting for nearly 80 percent of Dutch screens, Pathe has dropped out of the country's boycott of ALICE IN WONDERLAND, according to VARIETY [1].
The boycott, which was announced Feb. 15 in response to Disney's plans to release the film early on DVD, was apparently bridged by at least the two parties -- Disney and Pathe. Per the agreement, Pathe will also get to release the film on March 5, five days earlier than the original release date.
A similar boycott in neighboring Belgium still stands.
