has announced that its fall 2003 line of manga titles will have a smaller size and a reduced price of $9.99. Commencing the launch of the new manga line will be the highly anticipated October 8, 2003 release of POPCORN ROMANCE by acclaimed graphic novelist Tomoko Taniguchi. The story follows two metal-head brothers who worry about their lost love when they take a forced vacation to their grandfathers farm.

"Our $9.99 pricing promises to be competitive without lowering the high standards of quality our readers have grown accustomed to. Additional fall titles slated for re-issue release as part of the new line are: CALL ME PRINCESS, NADISCO: BOOK ONE, AQUARIUM and DARK ANGEL: BOOK ONE, PATH TO DESTINY.
CALL ME PRINCESS, by Tomoko Taniguchi, follows Mako as she dreams of being swept off her feet by a handsome prince. The street date for this title is October 1, 2003. NADISCO: BOOK ONE, by Kia Asamiya (UNCANNY X-MEN and BATMAN: CHILD OF DREAMS), chronicles Earths last ditched fight against an alien armada from Jupiter. The street date is October 1, 2003. AQUARIUM, by Tomoko Taniguchi, follows the life of Naoka, whose world is in shambles when she is turned down by the prestigious high school of her dreams. The street date is November 5, 2003. DARK ANGEL: BOOK ONE, PATH TO DESTINY, by Asamiya, follows Dark, a young man destined to be the magical guardian of his country, but before he can assume that responsibility, he has to confront demons, angels, friends and his own insecurities. Street date is November 5, 2003.
