John Woo, along with Essential Ent. and Lion Rock Prods., is set to produce an English-lingo remake of his seminal actioner THE KILLER, reports ComingSoon.net. John H. Lee (ONEDAY) will direct the 3-D production, starring Jung Woo Sung (THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE WEIRD). Josh Campbell is adapting the script, which tells the story of an assassin who becomes the protector of a singer he accidentally blinded.
