Wizart Releases First Official Trailer for 'The Snow Queen'

The first official trailer is released for Russia’s highly anticipated stereoscopic 3D feature, “The Snow Queen.”

Made on a $7 million budget by Moscow-based animation studio Wizart, The Snow Queen is one of the most highly anticipated projects to come out of Russia in 2012.

The 19th Century fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen, about a brave young girl who sets out to rescue her brother from the cold-hearted villainess the Snow Queen , is written and directed by Maxim Sveshnikov and Vlad Barbe.  

Although teaser footage was released back in February, Wizart has finally unveiled the first official trailer for film:
