BBC Earth Films, Evergreen Films and Reliance Pictures have decided to go with The Cameron | Pace Fusion 3D camera system for their theatrical rendition of the popular TV series and stage show WALKING WITH DINOSAURS, writes The Hollywood Reporter. The fact-based $65 million live-action film is being funded by Reliance with its IM Global repping the worldwide rights. Fox will release the picture in the U.S. on Dec. 20, 2013. Animal Logic is creating the CG dinosaurs.
