R. Scott Shields, who previously worked as a visual effects coordinator, has been hired to write a sci-fi script for SKYLINE's Colin and Greg Strause, reports Variety. Liam O'Donnell devised the story and will produce with the Strauses, who are not currently attached to direct. The actioners will be similar to the alien invasion flick SKYLINE. Strauses' Hydraulx will produce. Shields won the Page Intl. Screenwriting Awards grand prize for his script SUPERCAT!
