Tron Legacy Director Headed to Oblivion
TRON LEGACY helmer Joseph Kosinski and Radical Pictures are develop his original concept OBLIVION, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. Kosinski will also produce the film with Radical head Barry Levine, David Fincher and David Morrison of Anonymous Content.
The film will follow a court martialed soldier is sent to a distant planet to wipe out the last of a native race. But this mission comes into question when a stranger arrives on the planet unexpectedly.
In addition, Radical's publishing arm will release an illustrated novel of the story, featuring 40 painted landscapes.
