Disney has joined the adaptation of Radical's graphic novel OBLIVION, created by TRON LEGACY director Joseph Kosinski, reports HEAT VISION. Kosinski will direct. Radical head Barry Levine and Kosinski are the producers with Radical's Jesse Berger exec producing.

OBLIVION is a futuristic tale where humans live in cloud cities while alien hunter-gatherers inhabit the destroyed ground.

Disney president of production Sean Bailey is a producer on TRON and was paramount in getting the seven-figure OBLIVION deal done.
