Titans 2 Challenges Hunger Games
Warner Bros. has put WRATH OF THE TITANS up against Lionsgate's THE HUNGER GAMES, reports ComingSoon.net. The CLASH OF THE TITANS sequel was originally set to debut on March 30, 2012, but will now launch a week earlier on March 23.
WRATH is being helmed by Jonathan Liebesman and stars Sam Worthington, Gemma Arterton, Ralph Fiennes, Liam Neeson, Edgar Ramirez and Rosamund Pike.
Lionsgate is looking at HUNGER GAMES as its next TWILIGHT franchise. Gary Ross is directing the film based on Suzanne Collins' bestseller set in a future where an annual fight to the death is aired live on TV.
