Summit Ent. has picked up the feature film rights to comic AREA 52, reports Deadline.com. Set at an Antarctica-set government base, a group of agents must fight off an alien killer with the mythical objects being stored there. Brian Haberlin created the comic. Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian are the producers alongside exec producer JC Spink.
