Relativity Media has paid low six-figures for Melisa Wallack's script THE BROTHERS GRIMM: SNOW WHITE, reports Deadline.com. Brett Ratner, Bernie Goldmann and Ryan Kavanaugh are the producers.

This edgier take on the German fairy tale goes back to the source material making the seven dwarves thieves not miners and incorporates a dragon into the tale.

Tucker Tooley is the exec producer. Rat Entertainment exec John Cheng will be a producer in some form.
