Premium Hollywood via Bullz-Eye, reports that Bill Paxton has pitched a sequel idea for TWISTER to producer Kathleen Kennedy. The actor said he was inspired by a trip to the Ozark Mountains with fellow TWISTER actor Scott Thomson. On the trip, the friends tracked the path of the Tri-State Tornado of 1925, which was a mile wide and cut across three States wrecking havoc like an A-bomb. Paxton said that for the project to move forward it would need the blessing of Steven Spielberg. Paxton sequel idea would get more into tornado lore and deal with darker subject matters.
