Paramount Pictures will not be receiving a fine for the accident on the set of TRANSFORMERS 3, which left an extra seriously injured, reports Variety. An investigation by the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration found the Sept. 1 accident was due to a weld failure that connected a tow cable to a car, which resulted in a piece of metal be flung and eventually striking extra Gabriela Cedillo in the head. A certified welder had done the weld and safety precautions were being observed.
