MAD MAX: FURY ROAD has been delayed for a second time, reports The Australian. The stop is due to the high Australian dollar causing the budget to balloon too high.

Pre-production could restart in August 2011 or as late as November. At the earliest production wouldn't start until February 2012.

The first delay was due to unusual rains in Broken Hill, making the location too lush for the post-apocalyptic actioner.
