Framestore Nabs Royal Television Society Craft & Design Award

Framestore CFC has received the Best Digital Effects prize at this year’s Royal Television Society Craft & Design Awards. At the Nov. 17, 2003 event, the company won for its work on the two WALKING WITH DINOSAURS specials THE GIANT CLAW and LAND OF GIANTS. The award was accepted on behalf of Framestore CFC by DINOSAURS team members Tim Greenwood, Darren Byford, George Roper and Sarah Tosh.

In the Graphic Design - Programme Content Sequences category, Rob Hifle and Jason Mullings of Burrell Durrant Hifle took home the prize for SMASH HITS AWARDS DONE AND DUSTED for Channel 4. In the Graphic Design - Trails & Packaging category, Brand Identity Team nabbed the award for its BBC THREE Brand Identity work. In the Graphic Design – Titles category, Dimitri Kevgas was awarded the prize for his work on WHAT THE WORLD THINKS OF AMERICA for BBC TWO.
