da Vinci Names Master Colorists at NAB2005 Presentation Ceremony

At da Vinci's annual Master Colorist Awards competition ceremony on April 19, 2005, at NAB2005, da Vinci announced the winning entries in the four categories of the competition. The winners this year are:

Nico Mueller, senior colorist at Technicolor Montreal, a past winner in the theatrical release category and one of this year's judges, commented, "The quality and the variety of the work being done by colorists on da Vinci systems is quite staggering, and the creativity of the colorists continues to be extremely impressive. Choosing the best from among entries on this level is really attempting to select the best of the best, and is very difficult indeed."
