Columbia Pictures is developing a feature film based on the videogame UNCHARTED: DRAKE'S FORTUNE, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. Kyle Ward, who just recently was hired to pen the HITMAN sequel, will write DRAKE'S. Avi Arad, Charles Roven, Ari Arad and Alex Gartner are producing.

The game follows Nate Drake, a relative of explorer Sir Francis Drake, who goes to South America in search of the golden city of El Dorado. Along the way, he has to deal with a rival treasure hunter and mutated Spaniards and Nazis.
