Jessica Biel is balking on the chance to play Wonder Woman in Warner Bros.' JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA, reports ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY. It was reported earlier in the week that the former 7TH HEAVEN star was in preliminary talks to don the starred underpants.

The epic superhero film will feature Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, the Flash and Aquaman. With Biel passing on the project, the George Miller-directed film still has no cast. Kieran and Michele Mulroney penned the top-secret screenplay.

The studio hopes to get the production going before a potential strike, setting summer 2009 as a release target.
