It has been rumored that THE SHIELD star Michael Chiklis is being eye for the Benjamin Grimm/The Thing role and Tim Robbins may play Dr. Doom. George Clooney has long been rumored to be the top choice to play Four leader Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic.

The FANTASTIC FOUR story follows Reed Richards, Sue Richards, Benjamin Grimm and Johnny Storm as they accidentally receive superpowers during an outer space trip when the ship is bombarded by cosmic rays. Reed Richards is able to stretch his body, Sue can turn invisible, Grimm becomes a Hulk-like rock creature and Storm gains the ability to engulf his body in flames and fly.
