VanArts Announces 2014 Story, Character & Animation Masterclass Tour

Unique educational event provides tips and tricks from industry professionals.

VANCOUVER, BC -- VanArts presents a masterclass in Story Development, Character Design & Animation taught by artists from Pixar Animation Studios.

This class has toured the world, stopping this year in:

  • Paris, France - Aug 1/2/3
  • London, UK - Aug 8/9/10
  • Chicago, USA - Aug 22/23
  • Vancouver, Canada - Sep 26/27
  • Montreal, Canada - Oct 24/25
  • Austin, USA - Nov 7/8

These exceptional 2-day and 3-day training events feature instructors Andrew Gordon (Animation), Matthew Luhn (Story Development) and Ricky Nierva (Character Design), all from Pixar.

Geared toward animators, story writers, character designers, game developers, filmmakers and other creative types and artists, the class offers a rare opportunity to learn from the industry's top talent, providing participants with the tools needed to help create their own stories and feature-quality animation.
