But CLUE hasn't been hit dead by Col. Mustard with the candlestick in the library. Hasbro is financing development with Gore Verbinski's Blind Wink on as a producing partner. The PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN director is still attached to helm. Verbinski would be the producer with Blind Wink's John Krauss and Hasbro's Brian Goldner and Bennett Schneir. Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama (FLASH GORDON) are writing the screenplay.

Hasbro has set up other properties at other studios as well. John Hlavin is penning the script for RISK for Sony Pictures and Overbrook's Will Smith and James Lassiter. Hasbro is still developing MONOPOLY with Scott Free and Ridley Scott is interested in directing.
