Unbound Opens Doors For VP Of Business Development

Unbound Studios, an animation and interactive entertainment company, has announced Jill Proctor Ramirez to the newly created position of VP of business development. Proctor Ramirez began her career as a newscaster in Dallas, Texas. Later she held the positions of director of development at Morgan Hill Films/Hearst Entertainment and vice president of development at the Dick Clark Film Group. Some of the projects Proctor Ramirez developed include A KISS SO DEADLY (NBC), CHOICES OF THE HEART: THE MARGARET SANGER STORY (Lifetime), DEEP FAMILY SECRETS (CBS) and THE ANNE SCRIPPS DOUGLAS STORY (USA). Andrea Drougas, president, and Bill Janczewski, CEO and creative director, of Unbound, said, "We are thrilled to have someone with Jills varied background and expertise join our company. With the recent increase in our production including supplying product to Rosie ODonnell, itsy bitsy, Childrens Television Workshop and Nickelodeon, we both agreed that we need a dynamic person to come in and head up our in-house development slate. Jill has hit the ground running, and is working on developing projects for interactive television, broadband entertainment and hand held wireless devices. Jill will be working directly with both of us and will be headquartered out of our Los Angeles office. She will be working closely with Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and Julie Kane-Ritsch of AMG Animation, our management company."
