TWF Slams the Web!

Adding to the attention it has earned since launching on Cartoon Network November 3, THUMB WRESTLING FEDERATION: TWF is set to blast onto the web on December 22 with a new website featuring loads of thumbtastic fan features at www.ThumbWrestlingFederation.com.

Kids who are new to the action-comedy series can learn more about TWF and its characters on the site, as well as play games and stream video from the entire first season. Die-hard fans will be thrilled to find an arsenal of new Thumb Wrestling Federation fun in time for the holidays.

The site features the brand new TWF Picture Studio, which allows kids to customize artwork using the show's characters and designs, then download, print or share their creations with friends. The site also gives visitors a chance to test their own thumb wrestling skills with the TWF Royal Thumble game, as well as create their own masks with the TWF Mask Maker.

The excitement doesn't end there. Fans can cast votes on the weekly web polls, rating everything from their favorite wrestler to the most powerful move, as well as download a slew of cool wallpapers, screensavers and buddy icons. A new section also allows kids to add their own Thumb Wrestling Federation artwork to a gallery full of contributions from TWF fans from around the world.

Cartoon Network has branded their entire after-school block as the "Thumbtastic Afterschool Event" featuring bios, gags, and bouts throughout the popular 3-5 p.m. timeslot. Since then, the live action sports spoof has debuted in countries around the world and continues to build its audience each week on Cartoon Network in the U.S., particularly in its core of boys 6-11. Animation Collective which created and produces the show also manages international sales for TWF.

TWF-based licensing activity is heating up, with several new licensees jumping into the ring to bring the fun of TWF to kids across the U.S. Thumb Wrestling Federation: TWF licensing is managed globally by Al Ovadia & Associates.
