THQ Releases Unfabulous for Nintendo Game Boy Advance

THQ Inc. has shipped UNFABULOUS for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance throughout North America. The first game based on a Nickelodeon live-action television series; the game follows the hectic life of main character Addie Singer and features key locations from the show. The game is rated "E" for everyone and is available for $29.99.

UNFABULOUS for Game Boy Advance features story-driven game play with levels based on events from the show and includes all of Addie's friends, family and secret crushes. Players will tag along with this smart, funny seventh-grader as she navigates through life at Rocky Road Middle School while enduring as little humiliation as possible. The game features mini-games that fans of the show will enjoy, such as helping Addie write music, performing songs at open mic nights, avoiding detention by not letting Principal Brandywine catch Addie as she rushes to class and playing alongside Addie's crush, Jake, in his favorite videogame, VENUS FLY TRAP 4. Players can explore the key locations from the show, including Rocky Road Middle School, Addie's neighborhood and the local hangout, Juice.

The TV series was created by Sue Rose, who is best known in the animation world as the creator of ANGELA ANACONDA and PEPPER ANN.
