The Jetsons 50th Anniversary

 This September The Jetsons celebrate their 50th anniversary. The show made its debut on September 23, 1962 and was the first TV program to air in color on ABC. Produced by Hanna-Barbera, the program was an animated half-hour sitcom set one hundred years in the future and was a futuristic counterpart to the popular show The Flintstones. To celebrate this milestone, TELETOON will be airing Jetsons: The Movie on Friday, September 21 at 7 p.m. ET and an encore on Saturday, September 22 at 1 p.m. ET, as well as 12 back-to-back episodes of The Jetsons on Sunday, September 23 beginning at 12 p.m. ET.

Sunday Retro Rewind Marathon

Every Sunday afternoon, beginning at 1 p.m. ET, TELETOON Retro airs a three-hour marathon of themed programming that showcases classic characters and series that are sure to be a hit with viewers of all ages.
