Studio B Productions has signed a production order for 26 episodes of KID VS. KAT, a 26x22 comedy series for kids 6-11 about the exaggerated conflict between a demonically malevolent cat and the beleaguered ten-year-old boy who has become its unwitting nemesis. The property was developed internally at Studio B and originated from a short titled LOOK WHAT MY SISTER DRAGGED IN that screened at MIPCOM Jr. in 2006. The series is currently in production with YTV for a Fall 2008 launch.

Studio B will introduce international buyers to KID VS. KAT, along with the previously announced MARTHA SPEAKS (40x30), a co-production with WGBH Boston aimed at kids 4-8, at MIPCOM 2007. MARTHA SPEAKS will launch Fall 2008 on PBS Kids.

At MIPCOM, Studio B Productions is located at stand 02.10 and WGBH International is located at stand 06.10.
