Sam Raimi and Joshua Donen's Stars Road Ent. has signed a two-year, first-look agreement with Sony Pictures TV, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. The company has hired former CBS svp of drama Robert Zotnowski to head the company's TV projects.

Zotnowski said Stars Road will focus on drama and will not develop horror properties, which will still be handled by Raimi's Ghost House Pictures.

Along with Robert Tapert, Raimi produced such successful syndicated series as XENA: PRINCESS WARRIOR and HERCULES: THE LEGENDARY JOURNEYS, as well as LEGEND OF THE SEEKER, AMERICAN GOTHIC, 13: FEAR IS REAL, SPY GAME and Starz's upcoming SPARTACUS.

Tapert will also be involved in some capacity with Raimi's future TV projects.
