New Transformers: Energon Invades Cartoon Network
TRANSFORMERS: ENERGON, the newest installment of the legendary story matching the Autobots versus the Decepticons, joins Cartoon Network's Saturday lineup of action/adventure programming starting Jan. 31, 2004 at 7:30 pm.
In this new a saga, Unicron has set his sights on stealing Earth's Energon - the one energy source that will bring him back to power. But Optimus Prime intends to stop him before Unicron can reactivate. Optimus Prime utilizes the "Spark of Combination" to make his small Autobot force larger, more powerful robots to stop the Decepticons in their quest to revive Unicron.
Saturday night is Cartoon Network's home for its best animated action/adventure programming. Among the shows featured are JUSTICE LEAGUE, SAMURAI JACK and CYBORG 009.
