Syfy has inked a deal with Bob Cooper's Landscape Ent. and LAW & ORDER writer Michael Chernuchin for the drama METADOCS, reports VARIETY. Based on the Antarctic Press comic, the series takes place in a secret wing of a city hospital set aside to treat superheroes.

Chernuchin will write the pilot. He and Cooper will produce with Landscape's J.J. Jamieson and Platinum Studios' Scott Mitchell Rosenberg. Platinum Studios controls the rights to the comic.
