Last purchased by Rede Record in Brazil, Mediatoon's THE GARFIELD SHOW is due for broadcast in 2009 in the U.K., Scandinavia, Spain, Germany, Italy, Australia/Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

Produced by Dargaud Media, THE GARFIELD SHOW is 52 episodes of 11 minutes shot in HD, about Garfield's day-to-day life, blending the modern look of CGI animation and familiar humor of the orange tabby cat.

In addition to the 52 episodes, 26 shorts of 40 are available for multi-platform and mobile content. Launched successfully on Toowam (youth programming of France 3), last December, the series has been aired continuously every Wednesday and Saturday morning, and scored top ratings on the 4-10 target group.
