One-year-old Gloucester, U.K.-based The Little Entertainment Company (LEC Ltd.) has two new series, “Magical Mystery Merlin” and “Charlie Marmalade.” The company’s first two animated shows have recently secured broadcast spots on BBC (“Little Monsters”) and ITV (“Billy”).
