Fox has begun development of a new werewolf series called HOWL with DreamWorks TV, VARIETY reports. Joshua Miller and M.A. Fortin penned the pilot. DreamWorks TV heads Justin Falvey and Darryl Frank are exec producing. Set in an Alaskan town, the story follows warring werewolf families.
