I am very pleased to see this happen! The last time I saw "ATOMIC BETTY" in the U.S. was on Cartoon Network in December 2005. They were in the middle of a five year agreement with Breakthrough Films (which Kevin Gillis had previously been associated with) to schedule it- yet after December 2005, the series vanished. What had happened was that new management had taken over, and decided THEY didn't need it on their schedule, yanking it off the air without any further notice- and allowing their contract with Breakthrough to expire in 2009, while preventing other cable networks from acquiring "ATOMIC BETTY" from them.
Now that it's on "The Hub", I can finally catch up with the "phantom" second season Cartoon Network never bothered to finish showing, as well as the rest of the series. Better late than never!
