ABC finally, officially, released its new “ABC Kids” fall lineup, which starts Sept. 20, 2003 with two new series, LILO & STITCH, THE SERIES, a spin-off of last summer’s highly successful animated feature, as well as Disney Channel’s hit sitcom, THAT’S SO RAVEN. Commenting on the new additions, Jonathan Barzilay, gm/svp of ABC Kids and Toon Disney said, “These distinctive series will add new dimension to the popular ABC Kids lineup.”

Stitch -- formerly known as Dr. Jumba Jookiba’s “Experiment 626” – is now living on Earth with Lilo and her extended “family” in LILO & STITCH, THE SERIES The animated cast of characters includes big sister Nani, their friend David and social worker Cobra Bubbles, as well as aliens Jumba and Pleakley (posing as Lilo’s uncle and aunt). Dr. Jumba’s other 625 experiments – which he initially created for the evil Dr. Hamsterviel – accidentally land on Hawaii and, one by one, are activated. Each experiment has its own unique set of extreme capabilities, including Stitch’s initial penchant for destruction. Produced by Walt Disney Television Animation, the series follows Lilo and Stitch as they search out these experiments and help to turn their nature from bad to good.

DISNEY’S FILLMORE! was created by exec producer Scott M. Gimple (DISNEY’S PEPPER ANN, MRS. MUNGER’S CLASS) and is produced by WDTA.

THE PROUD FAMILY was created by Bruce Smith (SPACE JAMS, TARZAN). Smith, Ralph Farquhar (MOESHA), Tom Wilhite and Willard Carroll are the exec producers. It is a production of Jambalaya Studios in association with Disney Channel.

Tween sensation LIZZIE MCGUIRE enters a third season. The live-action series is exec produced by Stan Rogow (STATE OF GRACE) and Susan Jansen (BOY MEETS WORLD). Produced by Stan Rogow Productions in association with Disney Channel.

THAT’S SO RAVEN is a new live-action situation comedy starring Raven (formerly credited as Raven-Symone, THE COSBY SHOW) as Raven Baxter, a winsome teen whose ability to glimpse flashes of the future often gets her into hot water. Getting her out (or sometimes into) these predicaments are best friends Eddie and Chelsea. Allowing her flights of fancy are Raven’s parents, Victor and Tonya. And then there’s precocious kid brother Cory, who is both an annoyance and invaluable resource to his big sis.

DISNEY’S KIM POSSIBLE was created by exec producers Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley. Chris Bailey also serves as executive producer/director of the WDTA production in association with Disney Channel.

POWER RANGERS NINJA STORM is the 11th incarnation of the phenomenal Power Rangers franchise from Saban Entertainment.

Entering its 13th year, NBA INSIDE STUFF, a blend of youth-oriented entertainment and information, extending the new NBA and ABC-TV association into Saturday mornings and is produced by NBA Entertainment.
