4Kids Ent. has revealed its new lineup of programs for TheCW4Kids, its five-hour children's program block airing Saturday mornings (7 a.m.-Noon) on The CW television network, effective January 3, 2009.

On that date, CHAOTIC: M'ARRILLIAN INVASION and SONIC X, two of the most popular series currently airing in the 4KidsTV block on FOX, will make the move over to The CW. In addition, the highly anticipated, live action and adventure Japanese import, KAMEN RIDER: DRAGON KNIGHT and HUNTIK, a new series about a group of "seekers" traveling around the world in search of an ancient amulet with the power to control monsters, will premiere.

4Kids will also start a new video streaming portal at 4KidsTV.com that will be home to many of the shows from 4Kids TV on FOX, which will have its final broadcast the weekend of December 27, 2008. The streaming video portal will also offer free streaming of many series from TheCW4Kids lineup, as well as exclusive content that can't be seen anywhere else. 4Kids and FOX announced in November that their licensing deal will expire at the end of 2008.

WILL & DEWITT (TV-Y E/I)

Dewitt's a frog and then some -- a green ball of shape-shifting optimism to guide Will toward his destiny of discovering that all things are possible. Where there's Will, Dewitt is the way.

THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN (TV-Y7 FV)
THE SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN picks up the original web-slinger's mythology at the beginning of his journey as a not-so-typical 16-year-old entering his junior year of high school. Peter Parker must conceal his secret identity and confront the multi-leveled pressures of teenage life at home and school, while combating menacing super villains including Sandman, Doc Ock, Green Goblin and Venom.

SONIC X (TV-Y7 FV)
Follow the adventures of Sonic and friends. They must stop the evil genius Dr. Eggman from getting the powerful Chaos Emeralds. If Dr Eggman gets his hands on the Chaos Emeralds, he will take over the world. Will Sonic and friends be able to stop him?

GOGORIKI (TV-Y E/I)
Meet the GOGORIKI, a circle of best friends whose zany adventures always result in loads of laughs. They live in a safe and peaceful world where stories revolve around characters and comedy, not conflict. The GOGORIKI are animal-like beings, each with a cute round shape and a unique personality filled with infectious charm. There is no standard antagonist or "bad guy," the energy for each adventure is derived from the crazy antics that result from amusing mishaps and hysterical situations. Already a huge hit in Russia, each half-hour episode consists of three 6 1/2 minute stories.

DINOSAUR KING (TV-Y7 FV)
Join the D-Team, Max, Rex, and Zoe, as they race around the world to beat the nefarious Alpha Gang to the secrets that bring dinosaurs back to life. Set in the present time, our three heroes are able to transport themselves anywhere in the world to hunt down dinosaur cards that have been lost by the time-traveling Dr. Z and his bumbling team of bad guys. Watch as real dinosaurs are brought back to the present for incredible, heart-stopping CGI battles.

TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: BACK TO THE SEWER (TV-Y7 FV)
