TechnologyHelp Changes Name, Wraps 2nd Round Of Funding

TechnologyHelp, Inc. has completed a second round of funding and officially changed its name to Cinemetrix. The new round of financing came from Vanguard Atlantic, a New York-based venture capital firm. Terms of that transaction were not disclosed. George Gagliardi, president and chief executive officer, said, "We are now positioned to expand the sales and marketing of our technology and know-how to clients who understand the power of professionally produced TV-quality presentations. Cinemetrix' primary focus is creating Web animations which measurably increase the success of customer acquisition, retention and education efforts and reach visitors regardless of connection speed. In a tough economic climate, business managers need to understand that they can leverage their Web site to manage their e-businesses more profitably, convert prospects to customers, reduce costly call center calls that can be addressed online, and deliver a more customer-friendly experience. Cinemetrix' built-in metering enables its clients to quickly measure visitor usage, gauge animation performance, and react accordingly." Cinemetrix designs, develops and produces advanced Web-delivered, explanatory business animations.
