3D Systems Brings 3D Printing for Animation to SIGGRAPH 2012
3D Systems Corporation is excited to showcase its entire portfolio of 3D content-to-print solutions, including its Odyssey Car packed with the first @Home 3D printer, Cube at the Siggraph 2012 Conference and Exhibition, August 7 – 9, at the Los Angeles, Convention Center, Los Angeles, CA in booth 216 and 1001.
3D Systems is especially excited to bring its 3D design and printing tools to SIGGRAPH's computer graphics, animation, and gaming audience. The making of ParaNorman, a new stop-motion feature film using full color ZPrinted puppets, will be presented showing the professional capabilities of 3D printing for SIGGRAPH's attendees while Cubify, the company's consumer brand, introduces the community to 3D design and creation tools like Hypr3D to create 3D printable content based on video or images from smart tablets and phones. 3D Systems believes there has never been a more perfect time to introduce its technologies to the SIGGRAPH community as the landscape of digital content changes with newer tools each week and 3D printing becomes more and more accessible.
