PAJIBA reports that Quentin Tarantino is set to direct and co-write a revamp of THE SHADOW. Earlier this year Sony sold the rights to 20th Century Fox and Sam Raimi. Siavash Farahani penned the script, which is now out for rewrites.
THE SHADOW started as a series of pulp magazines and then made the jump to radio in the 1930s. The story follows a trench coat and fedora wearing crimefighter who uses hypnotism to defeat his enemies.
