Studio Ghibli is set to adapt Mary Norton's classic children's book THE BORROWERS, reports VARIETY. Hiromasa Yonebayashi will direct the film titled, KARIGURASHI NO ARRIETTY (ARRIETTY BORROWS EVERYTHING). Hayao Miyazaki will oversee.
The story follows a tiny family who must borrow items from regular-sized humans.
Toho will release the film next summer.
