Splash Entertainment’s animated 3D stereoscopic feature film, Dive Olly Dive and The Pirate Treasure, sets sail internationally with leading broadcasters; sales include Discovery Kids Latin America, Lagardere in France and AKM Distribution in Russia and the CIS.
Los Angeles, CA -- Newly-rebranded Splash Entertainment, formerly Moonscoop LLC, announced that the company has recently finalized key international sales for its 3D stereoscopic feature film Dive Olly Dive and The Pirate Treasure (80 minutes) that recently completed a successful theatrical launch in China. Dive Olly Dive and The Pirate Treasure, based on the highly successful global animated series Dive Olly Dive, follows the adventures of Olly, a young submarine-in-training, and Beth, his best friend and fellow sub-in-training.
Headlining the list of sales secured by Splash Entertainment is Discovery Kids Latin America for its broadcast platform throughout Latin America with the film slated to air later this Spring. Next up is Lagardere in France who has acquired the film for its free-to-air channel Gulli where it will be telecast in France, as well as all French speaking countries in Europe and Africa. Rounding out the sales is AKM Distribution Company in Russia and the CIS with plans to release the film in theaters by Spring 2014. With these current deals in place Dive Olly Dive and The Pirate Treasure will now be seen in over 80 Countries.
