Spanish Production Companies MSL And Grupo Trimagen Join Forces

Spanish production companies MSL and Grupo Trimagen have recently signed a joint venture agreement to create animated programming. The new international company, MSL-TRIMAGEN, will develop, produce and market a wide range of animated series and feature films. The company is currently working at the head offices in Madrid and Barcelona on several projects, including BUNNIBAL, a 26 x 13-minute animated series currently in pre-production. BUNNIBAL was previewed at MIPCOM 2001 and MIPTV 2002, and has been admitted to Cartoon Forum 2002, where it will be presented as the first project of MSL-TRIMAGEN. BUNNIBAL stars a vampire rabbit that teams with a group of adventurous kids to solve mysteries. BUNNIBAL is being produced in association with France's Dargaud Marina. Other projects in development at MSL-TRIMAGEN include THE PRIVATE WEENIE SHOW, created by COW AND CHICKEN author David Feiss; LEO NATURA, a series based on a Spanish comic featuring a vegetarian lion named Leo; and THE MOOJIES, a preschool animated adventure series featuring characters living on a floating paradise island.
