With 2006 being the 40th Anniversary of SPEED RACER, Art Asylum will be premiering episodes of the new animated promos, as well as the videogame, upcoming SPEED RACER soundtrack and toy line exclusively at Booth # 3913 at San Diegos Comic-Con, July 1923, 2006. Each day of the show fans can come by and watch the individual episodes while they meet the team from Heroes Garage.
Art Asylum will kick-off the SPEED RACER madness on Wednesday night with the debut of the behind-the-scenes trailer, followed by screenings of the first episode on Thursday night, the second episode Friday night, and the third episode on Saturday. This all-new online animation comes from the creative talent behind THE VENTURE BROTHERS, led by ANImagics Jeff Nodelman.
Art Asylum will also give fans the first taste of the all new multi-level 3D online videogame where you can pimp your ride before taking on the adventure, preview the new toy line, and let them sample the new SPEED RACER soundtrack, which will come out at the end of 2006.
With the help of ANImagic, Heavenspot and producer/writer Tramp of Supreme Team Prods., SPEED RACER fans will be treated to a new adventure that will be launched July 19, on the new website, www.SpeedRacerLives.com. The site also contains behind the scene trailers, downloadable music and the free 3D, multi-level online videogame where high score winners will be eligible for prize packages, direct from Art Asylum.
Later this summer, the folks at Art Asylum (www.artasylum.com), in conjunction with Speed Racer Enterprises, are bringing out a new toy line packaged with the all-new, original animated promotional shorts that will be comprised of new storylines and characters.
