Indias Whistling Woods International, promoted by Mukta Arts Ltd. and Film City, and Seneca College have signed an agreement to create a Seneca-run diploma specializing in the art and technique of animation film making.
In addition to the new animation diploma program at Whistling Woods, Seneca will train Whistling Woods' faculty to provide high caliber education in animation.

The two-year diploma program begins July 2006 at the Whistling Woods Intl Campus at Film City, Mumbai. Credits earned in India will be transferable to Seneca in Canada, giving students the option to attend Seneca for a third year of specialization in areas such as gaming and visual effects.
