Sarbakan Add Five New Hires to Staff

Sarbakan, a full service digital animation studio in Quebec City has added five new hires to its full-time staff, bringing its total of employees to 47.

Stephanie Gingras joins the 2D project management team as a producer. She was a producer for I.C. Axon where she was responsible for many multimedia and print projects in the field of e-learning solutions between 2000 and 2003.

Sarbakan 3D production team continues its growth with the addition of two new 3D programmers, Jean-François Gagnon and Louis Hallee. Gagnon has worked for two other Canadian animation companies as a 3D programmer, Beenox and Toon Boom, while Hallee served in a similar capacity for the Unlikely Games studio.

Maxime Carrier and Michel Boutin, respectively have been hired as level designer and sound designer, complete these new arrivals. Carrier was a level designer for A2M and Boutin has written and mixed music professionally for almost 10 years.
