Saban Capital Group has launched a new brand arm called Saban Brands, reports VARIETY. The division will acquire entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, celebrity and consumer brands that have fallen out of the public eye or haven't been exploited to their full potential in an effort to revitalize them. Elie Dekel, who worked as head of Fox's licensing and merchandising arm, will serve as president.
